Association Policies

Guidelines for Use of LBA Property and Rum Point's cement Dock.

  1. Only members and their guests may use the Lindley Bay tennis court and Rum Point's cement dock.
  2. The property and Rum Point's cement dock are available for use daily, from 9am-1pm, and one afternoon a week for baseball, typically Saturdays at 3 p.m.
  3. Access for walkers, runners and bikers to reach the road is across the tennis court and behind the Rum Point upper house, not across the Rum Point lawn. At the Parr’s farm, stay right on the mowed path along the river and around the perimeter of their property.
